I think it is great that Cablevision is adding this app to the Mac and PC’s. I have been using my online streaming through Dish for a while now and I love it. The huge difference between Dish service and Cablevision’s app is that I can take mine outside my home network. I love it because I can go onto Dish Online and with the Sling Adapter hooked up to my receiver I can watch live TV outside of my home and access all my DVR recordings. A co-worker at Dish and I, were out the other day getting a manicure and we put on the Housewives of OC to catch up. I love that I can access my DVR recordings and all my subscription channels. This is watch Cablevision needs to do to make it a perfect app.
